Push Notifications

To keep you updated on workouts, reminders, and other important notifications, Gymix uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications. For this, we store a unique FCM-token linked to your device. This token is used solely for the purpose of sending push notifications and is not combined with any other personal data. You can manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

OpenAI

We want to assure you that conversations with our AI Chatbot, powered by OpenAI, are not stored as data on our servers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the privacy of our interactions with the OpenAI Chatbot, we encourage you to review the privacy policy provided by OpenAI.

Data processing and location

Data Location: User information is stored on servers located in London, United Kingdom. By using Gymix, you consent to the transfer of your data to servers in other locations.

Data retention

Retention Period: We retain your data for 5 years after you have signed up to provide our services. Nevertheless, you retain the option to request the deletion of all your data by reaching out to us via the application. Upon the deletion of your account, all personal data will be erased.

Children's Privacy

Age Restriction: Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted to create a Gymix account or submit personal data. We encourage parents to supervise their children's internet usage and ensure compliance with our Privacy Policy.
